Over all great company, job training could be better.

Onboarding is simple Work is nothing bizarre Your boss is not an AI in a phone (big plus)

Management might as well be AI. It's not well run. Local management might as well just be a floater guard with how much power they have. All the decisions made in town are questioned by executives out in California. Pay structure was slightly suspect.
