Pros

Flexible work arrangements, plenty of work to do because supervisors did nothing except leave early if they showed up.

Cons

I felt it was time to leave after years of employment due to supervisor bullying not just me but other employees also. Wrote up multiple pages, badmouthing, making fun of and calling employees names- left out for us to read. I took pictures of it for proof after multiple reports made about this supervisor.

Pros

-you can easily sue this company if you're a customer -Will make you want to switch to blue collar work -You will remember we are just on a floating rock -You can experience a layoff, yay!!!!

Cons

-No training: I was forced into a new role with no prior experience. The said "training" was go to LinkedIN learning. Figure it out. Solve all the issues because we are in crippling debt. -Have you been with the company for over a decade? doesn't matter, you won't get severance ever. -the handbook does not protect you -they ONLY care about numbers -every creative job is outsourced. this is essentially a data farm to a sea of disapointed customers
