Manager - Manager Superior Plus Employee Review

Superior bought out NGL propane and if we thought NGL had no idea what they were doing we were wrong. Superior must not have realized how big of a company they were getting because it is a sinking ship. Upper management needs to step it up as many are left without guidance. No one responds to emails or voicemails in a timely manner and sometimes not at all unless they need something and you need to jump. The culture of the company is very poor and employees aren’t sure what is going to happen with their jobs. Customers are leaving and as are employees. If you do apply to this company be sure you’ll be okay if you get laid off because this company will not make it.
