Thanks for taking the time to review your experience at Superdry. Having a great manager is critical to how people feel in role and although you had a great relationship with your first manager, I am sorry that your relationship wasn't as strong with the replacement. We will continually work to ensure that we develop our management team and have a number of plans in place for next year to further improve the employee experience.
