Pros
There's a good employee discount. There are lots of shops local to me so if I have to work in different stores they are easy for me to get to.
Cons
Low pay, a lot of pressure to sell 'star buys' and register 'beauty cards'. Not a lot of things to do so jobs are not varied and monotonous. No uniform provided and customers often don't recognise us as staff. Not a lot of holiday allowance.
