Pros
- Friendly staff - Nothing really challenging about the role (apart from being on your feet all the time, but it is retail) - Most aspects of the role are easy to learn/pick up - 10% branded products 30% their own branded products
Cons
My first job was not trained properly, no set shift patten working different hours each day, below average pay, don't get paid for breaks not even 15mins which I'm pretty sure is breaking the law.
