      Pros

      The other employees. You meet some great people.

      Cons

      Everything. The title speaks for itself. You will never get a raise. No time off. Expected to work all the time even if it's not your shift and when you're sick. No time off ever. No benefits. Treated as disposable beings. The lady who owns it doesn't care. Isn't involved with running the center at all. Lots of issues.

      The owners are very amazing and sweet and caring.

      Personally the distance Since I currently live forty five minutes away.

      Pros

      The other teachers there, were there because they really loved teaching. Not so much the politics that came with the job but the students.

      Cons

      The administrative staff and higher ups hire only from their group of friends and church friends. Their friends and family also get paid much higher despite their education, training, or years of experience.
