In addition to the unrealistic expectations the work life balance was also horrible and nonexistent. "Senior Leadership" is a complete and utter disgrace. They are so cheap on spending when it comes to travel and expenses. Everything has to be set at the lowest price possible meanwhile we left the market for days on end. They strive to be a household name but lack the class and professionalism to do so and build a sustainable brand and company.
