Smaller becoming mid sized company experiencing some growing pains

Benefits are nice, that’s about it

I have never witnessed such terrible management from a company. They couldn’t come to a conclusion of the chain of command in the company, and there were too many mixed visions for the future. There were plenty of red flags in the beginning, such as every department gossiping about each other and using their church callings as a crutch to justify that they’re better than others. Most of the employees have been there 5+ years and are stuck in their ways. There are too many things to cover in this though, but overall I would stay away. Ironically, the guy that everyone had issues with was probably the best worker there and would’ve ran the company and department in a much better way.
