Little pay for high demand - Animal Care Technician Sunset Farm Foods Employee Review

Sunset Farm Foods is one of the most well known sausage factories in the United States. Not only are the sausages good but the employees are as well. I've never experienced a work family that truly cares about the safety and happiness of their employees. Sunset also takes extra precaution for safety because we are a food manufacturing company we have to think about the health globally and worldwide.

The only thing I could say is that our advertisement could be better. We could find more efficient ways to stretch our company name.

Yes , i loved working at sunset. One , because it was somewhere i didn’t mind coming everyday knowing that the environment is drama free and a ready to work type establishment. Two, you had the opportunity to improve and grow . You could come in as a packer and leave as a manager in a matter of months with the proper motivation. And thirdly and finally , the managers ! i was never once approached as an employee but as a partner in business ! nothing that was required was strenuous or out the ordinary… you knew what to expect and they made sure you had fun while still working ! I enjoyed it overall !

I cannot say that there were any cons.
