Very interesting product - great exposure - a range of interesting projects - good salary structure - communicating with all levels of stakeholder across the business - support from the executives - Some great, knowledgeable, employees - very few graduates within the company - OPPORTUNITY.
Cons
Some of the processes and systems are a bit outdated compared to other industries (This again however, is twofold and could be seen as opportunity) - Scheme is fairly new (but now has great, active support) -
