Important to have your education in place. Wish management had more interaction with staff working as a team than so separate.

Even though it is a small hospital, however, I really like the people that I work with, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, I have many opportunities to practice my skills.

The hospital is not very big and it would be nice to have an upgrade to some of the facilities.
