Bad new CEO - Engineer Sunrise Engineering Employee Review

Most importantly, since the CEO changed to Gregg Potter, the culture has crashed. I'm assuming he wants to prove himself and pushes people too hard. It's no longer a great place to work and is now only profit driven and very stressful. Used to have a family feeling and sense of belonging. Now they'll throw you aside if things get too slow, no offers for progression, lacks loyalty or purpose. VPs seem arrogant with a false sense of intellect and importance. Under pay employees (won't except it). I'm a PE, but now after about a decade wanting to work somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend under current management. Gone way downhill and don't value employees anymore.
