Teammates was good. This is all I have to say, when there was no such big deal at that company.
Cons
I worked at Sunovatech and had a tough experience. The team leads, especially Lokesh Yadav, had big egos and didn't know how to lead a team or be productive. They use a "use and throw" strategy with employees. We had to work until 8:30 PM to 9 PM every day. Even if you come in early in the morning, you can't leave before 8 PM. This was very frustrating. Working at Sunovatech has been a frustrating experience due to the ineffective team leads. The team leads here have significant ego problems and lack the essential knowledge required for their roles.
