I had an amazing supervisor Jennifer Debutts, and enjoyed my workplace.

The portable classroom I was in was far from the bathrooms.

- Supportive principal and mentors - Great pay - Lots of collaboration between teachers

- Not all admin helpful - Too much observation -- scares kids and stresses teachers - Too much extra workload on teachers for the sake of data collection - Uncomfortable work environment (aggressive teachers/staff, admin not always willing to listen)
