Old-minded, conservative, toxic greek culture, toxic leadership, no flexibility, no career advancement even if you are overqualified for a role, no transparency, no confidentiality as anything you discuss about yourself and your career are instantly shared with your supervisors, no fair treatment (favourism), no respect, and so on and so forth....In a nutshell anything you can think that can go wrong it will go wrong in this company.
