Pros
There are no Pros to working this company. You are treated as disposable property.
Cons
Pay is the lowest on the job site, on a federal contract. Pay is only $10/hour. Laborers are expected to perform jobs above their pay level, such as carpentry work. Supervisors walk around threatening employees jobs as a way to control work production. Work hours range from 10 hours per day, but hours can be cut short on some days. The job turnover rate is high, mainly do to overwork and little pay. There are always new labor hands and work is expected to be high in quality. When asking for a raise there is always an excuse of how the multi million dollar company is not making enough money. They try to make the job sound better by telling you how good the benefits are. Too bad we don't get paid enough to pay for those premium benefits. Overall you are expected to show up and give your all for little pay. Other companies offer a rate of $14 an hour for labor hands.
