      They often do not payout on installs, and when managers are approached about payout issues they will often divert the blame elsewhere or outright ignore you.

      Pros

      Great culture and ability to make a lot of money if you work hard.

      Cons

      Training is either really good or bad depending on who your leaders are….most suck. Very low barrier of entry so you’ll work with some amazing Roekel and some ex convicts
