Nothing is a pro in this company. The upper management made sure of that.

The upper management at Plant 4 Autolec division is very abusive to employees who work hard and are at the brink of promotion. They don't let the employees go for lunch, scold them for doing their job, not allowed to take breaks, work for 2-3 days straight. Using vulgar and abusive language to employees if the upper management hates them. You should be ashamed to run this company and support abusive staff.
