Stealing from the customers and lying to the employees most likely going out of business - Customer Service Representative Sundance Catalog Employee Review

Management is very shady hardly communicates to employees on systems or anything really, Customers placing orders for out of stock items then orders wait months but cannot be refunded for the product. Basically Sundance is lying to the customers at this point , shutting off all comments on Social Media, removing negative comments on the website. Has taken benefits away from employees , had to find out through the local news that the company owes MILLION to vendors possibly being sued by others but has Failed to inform employees and loyal customers of this also looks by the steps Sundance management is doing the company may be close to bankruptcy / closing not sure as the news points out investors will take on Millions of debt and a tarnished name that was once a legacy under Robert Redford. More reviews are plastered all over the Better Business Bureau website of Sundance Catalog it’s embarrassing such a great company has been lost in such a short time.
