There is "Responsibilities as needed" which is code for "Your job is what we tell you it is", you have to wait a minimum of 6 months in your department for a dollar raise, there is no performance bonus or incentives, management is extremly out of touch or actively ignoring the fact people are expected to move the moon and sun but $16, if you aren't friendly with leadership you won't get far in terms of upward movement, they rave about how you can get promoted fast if you put in the effort but really that effort is finding a supervisor or lead to be friends with, training classes are big so it's easy to get lost. Attendance is strict, the QA department and work force have the biggest say to the quality of your work and your chance of moving up.
