Pros

You will receive a pay check every two weeks.Overtime helps pay the bills and is a must because the pay rate is not up to par,not really one of the pros but its the truth.

Cons

You are only an extension of the rental equipment and treated the same, sunbelt does not value there employees even after almost 10 years of service, and being one of the best drivers sunbelt has.It is well known that i am one of the best and safest drivers within the company and less than .50 cents a year is the reward I have received. The managers keep the bonuses to them selves and brag about how much your profit center has done that month and then tell the employees they are cutting over time when you are already working at max capacity. You read this correct, the stores are called profit centers if that doesn't say all.In the past months it has been the worst, sunbelt has cut every ones pay i.e profit share, and over time so the share holders can hit the 1.4 billion dollar net profit mark. With such low pay we count on over time to pay our bills .division manager rules with an iron fist and scare tactics,it is his way and that is final. It is sad how long i have worked here, working countless 14 hour days and coming in to work at three or four in the morning to deliver equipment sunbelt had promised to customers.I feel like I have failed, but it is sunbelt that has failed me .Hope this is read by by the ceo MR. HORGAN. Sunbelt could be so much better than this.Greed will destroy a company.Moving on to self employment wish me luck.

Pros

company truck, company gas, expense account

Cons

Coercive Non-Competes: Instead of retaining talent through fair pay and competent leadership, management uses overreaching non-compete agreements to trap their workforce. Seeing colleagues like Zane bogged down by these heavy-handed tactics shows a fundamental lack of respect for employees' career mobility. Pervasive Micromanagement: Leadership insists on controlling minor details, bottlenecking progress and alienating competent employees. The Sunk Cost Fallacy: Instead of learning from mistakes, senior leaders consistently double down on poor decisions, driven by an unwillingness to admit fault. The Peter Principle in Action: The executive team suffers from an overinflated sense of their own acumen, which barely masks a fundamental lack of competence. People have clearly been promoted to their level of incompetence.
