Pros
Great people, good benefits, pretty good money (changes yearly). Have a lot of locations to pull equipment from which makes it easier as a sales rep.
Cons
Constant turnover, no training, no room for growth at most positions, too much middle management. Unless you have a territory with constant construction you will struggle.
