Caleb purposefully running away from his own problems - Consultant Sun Solar Employee Review

I was a business consultant for them years ago and it's very clear that Caleb just keeps hiring more middle managers, he spends all of his time trying to paint this picture that they are a good company and 0 time actually fixing any of his self created problems. Turnover rate is sky high and he makes his employees leave fake 5 star reviews on google and glassdoor. Departments are at literal war with each other. All of the reviews you see here where they mention the call center makes up fake leads are true. The entire company is like that everything is just fake work built on top of fake work. Everyone just spends all their time trying to get everyone else fired. Sun Solar is all over missouri casenet too. There are no rules and employees do whatever they want. If you actually try to help or do actual work everyone targets you and gets you fired. Caleb has tried to sue his last 10 sales managers and CEOs because he thinks that will make up for it, but he always loses. This company is such a colossal waste of time
