Too many to list, the writing is on the wall, many employees are absolutely miserable, the culture is extremely toxic. Forced OT, Random Layoffs, Poor Training, Safety standard is sub par. Turn over is massive, only ones who stay have been there for 20 plus years and don’t know anything different. Trainees training trainees should never happen in any organization!!
