Pros
To find a company who mirror my core values is refreshing and breath taking. It's hard to find a company whose philosophy is to treat others with respect and integrity and actually follow through with that philosophy. I have found my home after 14 years in the business. It's wonderful to work for a company who empowers its team members. You truly feel like you are part of something big and making an impact in people’s lives.
Cons
The implementation of new policy and procedures can use some improvement as to how they are rolled out. They do try as a company to make the transition smooth, but at times miss the mark.
