Pros
The community offers so much room for growth not just with promotions, and they are limitless, but within the scope of management. I love it. it is like an education on a daily basis. I love you Sun!!! and yes, thank you for the wonderful training. it was Empowering!!!
Cons
a little stressful I will admit, but not in anyway that will bring you down. Everyone I am in direct contact with has been where I am, so the support is great. really no down side.
