      Excellent benefits if you actually get any time to use them

      Cons

      Work-Life Balance is nonexistent across all sectors and levels. The Executive Management Team is married to a single Management Model from the 1990's and it IS the only way, anything else is not allowed. Don't dare to bring your creativity, or consider modernizing it's unwelcome!

      -Unionized after 90 days -Decent benefits (medical, dental, vision)

      Cons

      -First year you only receive about 6 hours of PTO per pay check -Benefits don't start until 90 days of employment
