Pros
The hardworking people, uplifting office culture, incredible Colorado location, and life-changing ministry mission. I spent a summer on staff for their student 2-week worldview summer camps, leading students and working at the hotel. It was one of the best summers of my life. It was an exceptional experience, interacting with students, speakers, and staffers alike about worldview, life, faith - everything. The friendships I build and professional experience I gained is something I will be always grateful for.
Cons
Not much, really. They could streamline some of their processes for staff roles and to increase connectivity and camaraderie among the staff team. What they're doing is working, but it could be better and set staff up more for success. Also, adding exit interviews or post staffing feedback forms would be beneficial and a way to take care of people well.
