Pros
Flexible part-time working hours, friendly colleagues, fairly relaxed working environment. Good pay to start with.
Cons
People are pidgeon-holed into their roles, and have little knowledge / motivation to develop outside them. A lot of micro-management and very questionable business decisions. Fairly low pay once you gain some experience and tense atmosphere sometimes. Some people who have key roles in the company seem to have no idea what they are doing. Recruitment is done extremely poorly - there is no dedicated person to handle recruitment, and very little effort is being put into it, which results in low quality candidates getting the jobs and high staff turnover. The work is very repetitive and there is almost no scope to take initiative and do more.
