Mistreatment - Turbine Mechanic Sulzer Employee Review

My only issues with this places honestly, I had a great career as a train Mechanic. I took a leap of faith to try something new… I worked for 6 weeks and I was let go because the company wasn’t prepared to train me the way I needed it to be trained. I was told that they tried something different and tried to hire outside of aviation so in so many words, I was experiment that failed. If I knew I was just an experiment. I would’ve never agreed to work for the company.
