Pros
- Great leadership, no micromanagement. Management trusts that you can complete what you have to on time and meet project deadlines.
- Team support. It's a small team, but everyone is willing to help when the time comes no matter what the task
- Fair pay. Pay is based on merit and results so if you put in the work and prove your worth to the Firm you will be compensated for it.
- Flexibility. Management is willing to work with you to help you figure out a hybrid schedule that best works for you and the Firm.
- Always hiring for legal, admin roles, etc. The Firm seems to be expanding so new opportunities seem to pop-up frequently.
Cons
- Lack of cross-training and backup support to main job role. This leads to being on-call most of the time if something were to occur to matter what time.
