The office environment is positive, and the people are great coworkers. As a young attorney only 1-2 years out of law school I was able to get an incredible amount of hands-on real litigation experience . I was never afraid to ask questions and the other attorneys took the time to show me the ropes. (I left the firm because I was moving out of state)

Location can be hard to get to if you do not have a car.

Great starting position for anyone early in their legal career. Supportive and respectful work environment and valuable interactions with experienced, passionate and knowledgeable attorneys.

Small firm so work volume can fluctuate, which can limit opportunities for consistent growth.
