      Pros

      A Company built on solid foundations by Caring Partners. Values were real back then, Dr Nicolaides would roll in his grave if he knew how they treat staff now.

      Cons

      Nepotism, Favouritism, Triangulation, Toxic Culture which breeds Bullying. Asking Staff to micromanage other staff under watch & report which then leads to Bullying & Harrassment. Management was the instigator, favourites thrive & whistleblowers/victims are punished further.

      Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Have to write 5 words but absolutely nothing good.

      Cons

      Awful management, or lack of. Management is full of bullies. Workplace bullying is at an all time high. I didn't believe the reviews before I got the job but I wish I read reviews before I accepted the position. They wonder why the turnover rate is so high, maybe treat your staff better. Over worked and underpaid

      Not as high paying as other companies Difficult to learn for some people Can be capped pretty low on progression Repetitive .
