Pros
One of the better pathology laboratory's in Brisbane, with good penalty rates for overnight workers.
Cons
A lot of the staff form cliques, and this leads to gossip and bias. Not much management interference with this. Worked all through the peak of the last wave, with company record profits and yet no one received any compensation for the mental and physical toil like previous years did.
