STAY AWAY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD - Sales Sullivan Entertainment Employee Review

I’ve really put my sales skills to work. The commission is a great incentive to maintain an aggressive sales approach. Managers value all employees equally and treat us with respect.

I haven’t seen any cons, but I’ll be sure to update my review if I experience any.

There isn't much positive things you can say about working at Sullivan Entertainment, except that you will get a chance to learn new things mainly because you will be asked to perform duties outside your job description. This is pretty much looking at a glass half full, when the glass is completely empty.

Too many to list, but the most disturbing issue with this place is the owners' lack of respect for their employees. They will absolutely speak and treat you in the most demeaning ways, and will do so in front of other employees as well as guests within the office. It is a constant revolving door of employees. Ask anybody in this industry and they will tell you no different. This is why they have resulted in hiring recruitment companies to source out employees outside of the tv/film industry. Any positive review you read on Glassdoor has been written by the owners themselves, given that they are fully aware of their reputation. As much as possible please stay away from this place.
