They understand this is how the modern world works. The company truly supports remote work and understands its benefits. The addition of summer and winter bonus days off is a fantastic perk that shows they value our recharge time. I feel empowered to try new things—from internal processes to product ideas—and I can actually see the impact my work has on the company’s growth. It is rewarding to be able to feel as though you accomplished something at the end of the day. Senior leadership is accessible, open to feedback on how to improve, and provides great mentorship opportunities - respect their experience and viewpoints. There is a pathway to grow in your current role or explore other roles within the organization. The brand is growing positively, and there is a great rapport with our customers. It is exciting to see the positive momentum we have in the industry, specifically regarding our AI technology. My interview process was streamlined, respectful of my time, and gave me a great first impression of the company.

This is easily the smartest team of people I’ve worked with. Everyone is incredibly driven, which pushes you to up your game every day. Leadership doesn't just put values on the wall, they use them to make decisions and truly 'walk the talk'. This is a well run company that executes and wins. We strike a great balance between remote work and getting together. The in-person and virtual events are actually fun and well-planned, helping us stay connected despite being hybrid.
