Process, Expectations, Management, Attitude, Any Interaction, Training, Level of basic respect, Consistently spoken to and treated worse than you can imagine an employer could, when you inevitably do leave they somehow refuse to pay the remainder of what they owe. I've still not seen a penny of the 4K owed. After leaving they gave the company car rental company my personal details and refused to pay the last month themselves so I also have been blacklisted by all UK vehicle rental companies due to them. Complained and made up stories regarding me to the recruitment agency I was employed through to try and sabotage me finding further employment.
