Pros
Paid Time Off, benefits, HR.
Cons
No room to move up, raises are rare and small. They hire pretty much anyone so if you're skilled in this area, you'll be put along side someone who knows relatively nothing compared to you and others, and you'll receive the same pay regardless of prior experience and/or education level. The higher ups don't talk to workers on the floor, so it feels a bit unfriendly. Environment is clique-y, and a lot of gossip is shared. Steer clear of drama and gossip and you'll be fine.
