Unsafe Work Environment - Fulfillment Associate Sugarfina Employee Review

Absolutely an unsafe working environment. Beginning with the parking lot which has no lighting except and is very lightly monitored by security. Drugs & sex happen out there frequently. Theft is also rampant in the warehouse. Wouldn’t be surprised if the security staff was in on it too. They’ve tried to curb the stealing but the answer was to have your personal belongings checked as you change shifts. Some of the things you see out in the warehouse are also completely unsafe and if OSHA were to inspect multiple fines would be issued.
