      Pros

      Good employer to get a boost in your career as a junior unix admin or architect, as you will get to work for most unix using companies in the country. Good salary and benefits at starting positions.

      Cons

      Little chance for development as a senior, company is not as flexible in their ways as they need to be, and quality is slipping as they grew from 50 to 100+ people.
