Very competitive pay, workweek is actually only 40 hours per week + between 4-10 (after-hours) Board meetings per year, very little work expected to be done at home.
Cons
Little-to-no interaction with other people in the same role at the company outside of quarterly all-staff meetings at corporate office. You are on your own when encountering hostile behavior from building owners/residents though, other than being able to vent about it after the fact.
