Excellent pay. Upper level management usually does care about your job satisfaction. They help with continuing education.

Long hours. Board meetings are usually after hours.

Very competitive pay, workweek is actually only 40 hours per week + between 4-10 (after-hours) Board meetings per year, very little work expected to be done at home.

Little-to-no interaction with other people in the same role at the company outside of quarterly all-staff meetings at corporate office. You are on your own when encountering hostile behavior from building owners/residents though, other than being able to vent about it after the fact.
