The owner of the company. The sad part is he has good ideas and an ability to attract smart people (at first) but he is his own worst enemy. It is almost hard to describe until you have experienced it. There does not seem to be a plan in place so everything feels very reactive. Hires and fires people and changes job positions on a whim. Everything is always "60-90 days" from being turned around and fixed and "this time" it's always different. Somehow people believe him and he continues to have employees and clients but nothing changes for long. Greed is at the center of everything in this company and an obsession with money and outward appearances of success. Extremely cheap unless it directly benefits him. An example would be not paying bonuses as promised and in the same sentence bragging about a new exotic car or some extravagance. No sense of understanding for how accounting or cash flow works.
