      You can meet a lot of interesting people. it is a good way to brush up on your customer service skills.

      Cons

      being a franchise it's not as rewarding as working for a big company. there are no real reasons for you to do a really good job. no rewards.

      - can get extremely busy during rush for an hour then it slows down - owner can be annoying
