      benefits are decent and comparable to other businesses of similar size

      Cons

      Extremely toxic environment , favoritism, verbal abuse by the owner, fraud of employee records (owner). 95% of employees left the company by termination as opposed to leaving voluntarily

      Locally owned, US hand craft manufacturing. Good folks that care about each other.

      Free snacks and coffee if you come in early

      Cons

      Extremely disingenuous management. Will promise on thing and fail to deliver. Don't believe in their commitment to a good work place. Most leaders have never lead teams outside of Submaterial and the CEO has no commitment to his employees.
