      Organization is small. Organization focuses on Limited technologies to work. But Project Managers are overall expert.

      Pros

      It was my first company and worked as SQL DBA but really awesome to work and you can learn so many technology.Flexible timing no work pressure best place to learn.

      Cons

      Its small Organisation but work wise its is really great you can learn all part of technology like DBA activity, .NET tech, Windows Admin ,Reporting .its My first and Favorite company till now.
