Microsoft management Microsoft Key Account managers over promising on your tickets Subfero did little to protect us from Microsoft employees demanding action from us on a ticket when your taking 6 new tickets a day whilst sometimes having a qué of 20 existing tickets, whilst being hounded about meaningless Survey results from people saying "I never rate 5 stars moby is perfect" yet it's a KPI

Great money making enterprise! Especially since the agents never know we're keeping them in the dark about how Microsoft operates, or even what % of the agents' work goes directly to the shareholders
