      Pros

      good money when commission was at 3% nice a human management team.

      Cons

      Commission was dropped to 1% but only if we hit a target which wasn't always easy to achieve with the company having issues and all...I saw too much of a big difference on my paycheck!

      Great group of girls to work with, you just have to look at beautiful clothes and make women feel good about themselves
