Pros

nothing to write good about

Cons

no work life balance HR is puppet of CEO You need to work even on Saturday and Sundays Earlier we use to have WFH on Thursday but it has now been revoked. CEO purposefully adds more task on JIRA, and ask you to complete it,Even on Saturday and Sunday. They hire qnd fire. If your job is done in here with in 2 months you would be ask to leave. If you don't work you'll be fired. It's either lose or lose situation.

Pros

None other than just a few co-workers who made the time here a bit tolerable (most of them have left the company)

Cons

Upper management is obnoxious and condescending. If you have a mind of your own and have opinions and criticism regarding the plans of action in the company you're put on a radar, which means they start humiliating you and torturing you with impossible work, start commenting on your personal life even during performance discussions and eventually you're laid off without any legitimate basis.
