Pros

- High salary - 8,5 hour shifts - Bonuses up to 450€ every month - Additional 20€ per night shift - Extra shifts (not mandatory) are at the 150% rate - Young and easy-going colleagues. You will become friends with everyone instantly - Supportive managers - You can take full-time, 0,75 or 0,5 workload - You can swap shifts (change your schedule) howewher you like at any time - even the day before the shift - You are given 30min breaks every 60 or 30 minutes, which is amazing - Paid 2 weeks training - If you are a student, you can take up to 45 days off - On a full-time workload you are entitled 42 days of vacation - Free unlimited coffee and tea - Well equipped kitchen - Office is located in a high-rise building in the city center - Work is in English, so you don’t have to know any other languages - International team - There is a separate “dzen room” at the office (with a bed!), where you can actually sleep during your breaks - If you take extra hours and finish at night, they will order a taxi for you - You can get promoted to a higher position (floor or shift manager) if you work well

Cons

- Work is in 3 shifts: morning shifts (7:00-15:30), afternoon shifts (15:30-23:00) and night shifts (23:00-7:30). For some people it could be hard to work at night, but you get extra 20€ and you can exchange this shift on the morning or afternoon
